Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This policy explains how www.woodlandsdrive17ec.sg ("this site", "we") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). By submitting an enquiry form on this site, you consent to the practices described below.
What we collect
We collect only what you enter into an enquiry or registration form on this site:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your contact number
- Your preferred day and time to be contacted
- The materials you asked for (brochure, price list, preview or showflat appointment)
- The unit types you indicated an interest in
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, your NRIC number, financial account details, income documents or any other sensitive personal data through this website.
Why we collect it
Your data is used to respond to your enquiry and to send you the project information you requested. Specifically, to contact you about Woodlands Drive 17 EC and related Executive Condominium launches by voice call, email, SMS or WhatsApp; to send brochures, price lists, floor plans, site plans and preview or launch announcements as they become available; and to arrange a viewing or appointment if you asked for one. We do not sell your personal data.
Consent and the Do Not Call registry
By ticking the consent box and submitting a form, you consent to being contacted at the number you provided for the purpose of your enquiry, including by voice call, SMS and WhatsApp, regardless of your registration status with Singapore's Do Not Call (DNC) registry. You may withdraw this consent at any time using the contact route below, and we will stop marketing contact within a reasonable period, though we may still contact you to complete a matter already in progress.
How your data is stored and shared
Form submissions are transmitted to a Google Sheet via Google Apps Script and stored in Google Workspace, which applies its own security and data-handling controls. Access is limited to the people who need it to respond to your enquiry. We may share your details with the appointed marketing agent or salesperson handling your enquiry, and with the developer's appointed sales team where that is necessary to register your interest or process a booking. We do not otherwise disclose your data to third parties except where required by law.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data for as long as it is needed for the purpose you gave it for, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations. When it is no longer needed for any legal or business purpose, it is deleted or anonymised.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the performance of advertising and to understand how visitors use the page. The pixel may set cookies and collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you view. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage Meta's advertising preferences through your Facebook or Instagram account settings. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from using this site or submitting an enquiry.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, request that inaccurate data be corrected, and withdraw your consent to further use or disclosure. We will respond to a reasonable request within a reasonable time. Use the contact route on the main page to make a request; we may need to verify your identity before acting on it.
